Are you or a loved one dealing with anxiety, depression, or trauma? Maybe you're struggling with your relationships or your faith. You don't have to face life's challenges alone. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey. My role is to walk alongside you, providing tools, insight, and support while respecting your unique pace and goals.
In addition to counseling, I have several years of experience as an EMT-B, Teacher, and in other mental/behavioral health settings.
My husband and I have two daughters, and we enjoy spending time together working in our yard, watching our favorite TV shows, and playing games. We also enjoy spending time with our extended family and are active church members at Round Prairie Baptist Church.
"Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope".
